Updates:

Added support for VirtualDJ - Requires additional setup in VirtualDJ
Fixed Deezer support
Faster more reliable startup of web overlay
Rearranged layout settings so they're more logical
Added "sans-serif" and "serif" font options (they use the default browser fonts)
Added some European style quotation marks
Other minor changes and fixes
